2:30 GYM IS AVAILABLE FOR TECH SET-UP
MDIHS Cast report to move set to the gym and begin hair and makeup.
ANYTIME after 2:30: Middle schools can bring their set to the gym and their students can arrive at MDIHS and prepare in a home-room. (Sets cannot arrive until after MDIHS is dismissed for the day -- after 2:30 -- Gym entrance ON the END by the Gym Lobby. All Sets will be placed along the wall where the banners are -- do NOT touch the banners, please.)
3:00: MDIHS KIDS: Pizza (PIT is welcome to join!) (Continue Hair and Make-up)
3:30: MDIHS CAST: GET IN COSTUME. ++ Set up 2 homerooms for ShowStoppers and Tremetic
4:00: MDIHS PIT: Set up the pit area in the gym (pls take the Nin Ferm Memorial black piano from the studio), then return to the studio for notes.
4:00 MDIHS CAST: Notes in the studio. Costuming, hair and make up must be DONE.
4:45 Pemetic group can use the music room for a quick warm-up
5:00 Show Stoppers can use the music room for a quick warm-up
4:45 the gym will open to the audience.
5:15 our performances will begin:
5:10 ALL SHOW CHOIR KIDS FROM MDIHS, SHOW STOPPERS AND TREMETIC MEET in the cafeteria so I can explain the flow.
--- 5:15 Show Stoppers takes the stage (Set up pit, do mic check)
--- 5:40-ish Pemetic/Tremont Show Choir takes the stage (Set up pit, do mic check)
--- 6:00-ish MDIHS Show Choir takes the stage.
6:30-ish our performance will conclude. Celebrate!!! :-)
