TEAM HERE IS THE SCHEDULE along with SOME REMINDERS ABOUT THE STATE FESTIVAL.
-You need your entire costume and costume bag
-Bring shoes that are easy to put on and off and are easy to move in (for loading, etc.)
-Bring outer layers (top that buttons or zips is smart)
-Bring a water bottle / something to hydrate
-There will be food available for purchase at the festival
-Do not leave EHS Campus for any reason
-Stay until the conclusion of the awards ceremony around 6:30pm
-GO HOME WITH YOU OWN PARENT/GUARDIAN. If you need to travel with someone
OTHER than your parent/guardian get permission IN ADVANCE from Asst. Principal Ian Braun.
Our room needs to be cleared and our set and bus loaded before you leave with a parent/guardian.
Check-out with Bronwyn or Annie before you leave.
-PREP: We need to have the set loaded up after the Extravaganza
-DO NOT BRING EXTRA STUFF -- IT IS A BUSY DAY
7:00 ARRIVE AT MDIHS -- IF YOU NEED A RIDE SAY SO, WE CAN HELP EACH OTHER
--CAST: CHECK YOUR COSTUME and Load bus PIT: Load instruments on the bus
7:20 -- Depart
7:50 -- Arrive at EHS, and settle in our homeroom.
8:30 -- WATCH SHOW STOPPERS in the Auditorium.
Hair Braiding needs to happen all day
Make-up for people helping with make-up is at 12:00
EVERYONE ELSE -- EAT LUNCH BEFORE 12:30
12:30 GET IN COSTUME and MAKE-UP
2:00 NOTES in our home room (PIT AND CAST)
3:30 OUR WARM UP
4:00 OUR PERFORMANCE
