TEAM HERE IS THE SCHEDULE AND SOME REMINDERS ABOUT RUN OUTS.
-You need your entire costume
-Bring shoes that are easy to put on and off and are easy to move in (for loading, etc.)
-Bring outer layers and your costume tote bag so that you can slip the toga off for traveling between schools
-Bring a water bottle / something to hydrate
-Bring a lunch that can be eaten on the bus
-DO NOT BRING EXTRA STUFF -- YOU WILL GUARANTEE LEAVE IT AT A MIDDLE SCHOOL
7:00 ARRIVE AT MDIHS -- IF YOU NEED A RIDE SAY SO, WE CAN HELP EACH OTHER
--CAST: Get in BASE LAYER and check costume bag for Toga and belt PIT: Load instruments on the TRAILER/TRUCK
7:30 -- Depart (Cast: Be sure you have your costume bag. Pit: Be sure you have your music!)
CONNERS EMERSON:
8:00 HS arrive at Conners Emerson (unload our set, warm-up and prepare to watch Show Stoppers)
8:45 Show Stoppers Performance
9:05 MDIHS Show Choir Performance (Or as soon as ready after Show Stoppers)
Load our set / instruments
9:35 Everyone leave to MDES
MDES:
10:00 arrive at MDES School (unload our set, prepare to watch Show Stoppers)
10:20 Show Stoppers Performance
10:40 or 10:45 MDIHS Show Choir Performance.
Load our set / instruments
11:25 Everyone leave MDES
***this only works if everyone brings a bag lunch and a beverage/water bottle****
TRENTON SCHOOL
12:00-ISH arrive at Trenton School -- eat lunch/chill on bus or front outdoor area of Trenton School until 12:45 when we can get in the gym. (I usually give NOTES at this time).
12:45 load in set / set up gym
1:30 SHOW STOPPERS performance
1:50 MDIHS Show Choir Performance.
Load our set / instruments and return to MDIHS.
WE MAY REHEARSE IF WE HAVE SOMETHING TO CLEAN UP.
YOU WILL NEED A RIDE HOME -- TIME TO BE DETERMINED, THOUGH MY GOAL IS TO NOT REHEARSE AND NOT STAY LATE. (If you need help with a ride, please say so.)
